Group Training
Boys and Girls
Grades 3rd-8th
Fall Season
Monday Night
- Boys and girls, grades 3–8
- Early August through early December, up to 17 sessions
- Weekly training with professional trainers
- Two levels: Beginners 6:15–7:15pm · Advanced 7:15–8:45pm
- Location: West Park High School
- Cost: $400 for the season, or 4 payments of $100 (August–November), about $25 a session
- Included at no extra cost for anyone registered on a Park team — group training is one of their two weekly practices
Group training is the backbone of everything we do at The Park. Footwork, shooting, ball-handling — built week after week by professional trainers with two coaches on the floor. Our beginner hour is built around younger players, who get the most out of a focused sixty minutes before attention starts to fade; as they progress, they move up into the longer advanced block. At about $25 a session, it's the best basketball value in the area. Come for the season, not for a session.
