The Fall Season Is Almost Here — Registration Opens This Weekend

Basketball is coming back to The Park, and this fall might be our biggest season yet.

Over the past two years, what started as a handful of West Park families wanting something better for their kids has grown into a real program — real coaches, real teams, and a real community around it. This fall we're carrying that forward with something for nearly every young player in our neighborhood, from third graders picking up a ball for the first time to high schoolers preparing for their winter season.

Registration opens **this weekend.** Final details — exact dates, times, and fees for each program — are being locked in right now and will be posted here shortly. Here's a look at what's coming, so you can start thinking about where your child fits.

Monday Group Training — Grades 3–8

This is the backbone of everything we do. Every Monday, two professional trainers run skill development at West Park High School — footwork, shooting, ball-handling, and defense, built through real repetition. We run two levels, a focused beginner group and a longer advanced group, and players move up as they progress. You can register for training only, or it comes built into every team as one of two weekly practices.

Girls — Grades 3–8

A team program for our younger and middle-grade girls, built around skill development and real game experience in a positive, competitive environment. This is where a lot of our players fall in love with the game — and with playing alongside their friends.

Boys — Grades 3–6

Team basketball for our younger boys: the fundamentals, the habits, and the confidence that come from learning the game the right way, early, with coaches who care how they turn out on and off the floor.

Boys Elite — Grades 7–8

A higher level for our older boys who are ready to be pushed. Faster practices, stronger competition, and preparation for the jump to high school basketball.

High School Girls

Our high school girls train with West Park's own coaching staff and play a fall schedule that gets them ready for the winter season — without conflicting with school sports, club, or AAU. If your daughter wants to walk into tryouts already sharp, this is how she does it.

Here's What to Do Now

**Watch this page and your inbox.** Full details for each program — schedules, costs, and how to sign up — go live this weekend.

And if you've reached out to us over the past few months asking when registration opens: thank you for your patience. This is it. We'll be in touch directly the moment sign-ups are live.

The Park is a neighborhood nonprofit, run by West Park families for West Park families. We can't wait to get back on the floor with your kids.

**See you this season.**
